4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which includes:

  • An option for in-person collection by appointment.

  • Delivery through third-party couriers such as Aramex, Courier Guy, DHL, or PostNet.

  • A standard shipping timeframe of 7–14 business days after processing.

  • Ayanna Beauty Bar is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect shipping information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (including wigs, lashes, and beauty accessories), all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
To request a return or exchange, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Return the product in its original, unused condition.

  • Note: Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be replaced with store credit.

6. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Promotional discounts are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
