At Ayanna Beauty Bar, we take pride in offering high-quality beauty products and services. Due to the nature of our offerings, we’ve outlined the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may apply.
1. All Sales Are Final
Please note: All sales are final. Due to the hygienic and customized nature of our products (e.g., wigs, lashes, hair care products), we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email info@ayannabeautybar.co.za with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.

We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Please do not return any items without receiving written approval from our support team.
3. Wig Custom Orders
All custom wigs, including those made to specific measurements, colors, or styles, are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure all specifications are correct before placing your order.
We are not liable for:

Incorrect head measurements submitted by the customer.

Dislike of the final product based on subjective preferences (length, volume, etc.).

Changes in delivery timelines due to customization and supply chain delays.
4. In-Store Product Returns
If you purchase a product in-store, unopened and unused items may be returned for store credit within 7 days, accompanied by proof of purchase. No cash refunds.
5. Service-Related Refunds
We do not offer refunds for services already rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a treatment:

Please raise the concern with your technician before leaving the salon.

We will do our best to address the issue through a correction appointment, if applicable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been approved for a refund and haven’t received it:

First, check your bank or payment method again.

Then contact your bank or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange, email us with your order details.
